Description
My painting, "Point of Contact," is a visual snapshot of the moment when a giant asteroid is about to crash into Earth. It's a bold, chaotic scene, but here's the twist—no one seems to care. It's like that movie "Don't Look Up," where everyone ignores the big warning signs.
In my painting, the asteroid is massive, heading straight for the planet. But the background shows a world that's too busy to notice. Big corporations and powerful people are doing what they always do, pushing off any real action, just like with climate change. They know a disaster is coming, but they're too wrapped up in their own interests to do anything about it.
The painting is a stark reminder that if we don't start paying attention and taking action, we're heading for a big splat. I want people to see this and realize that we can't afford to keep ignoring the signs. We need to look up and do something before it's too late.
Or as A.I puts it: Vibrant blue and golden hues dominate the composition, blending into an explosive, radiating pattern. The appearance of the piece is reminiscent of a psychedelic burst or a peacock's plumage, with ripples and waves adding to the dynamic visual effect.
